Research:

We looked at the local area and spoke with a number of companies and individuals within the area to establish what Owners & Occupiers wanted out of an office warehouse project:

• Café on-site
• Designed to appeal to tenants (reasonable rent)
• Designed to appeal to owners & investors
• Unique design features e.g. balconies/showers facilities

The research conducted by our office assisted in providing information to the developers (ATR Projects) who subsequently appointed our office to sell, lease and manage their development.
