Since forming under the banner of 'ISM Property' in 1999, the business has grown rapidly particularly after to moving to Norwest Business Park in August 2004.


We sell and lease commercial and industrial property with our main areas of focus being North Ryde, Seven Hills, Castle Hill, Thornleigh, Newington, Dural and Norwest Business Park.

We also strata manage and provide property management for industrial, commercial and retail complexes across Sydney from Dural to Taren Point for over 2300 owners.

The business is owned and operated by David and Richard Inkster. They are both well qualified for their roles within the business and have a broad range of experience in the industry together with an understanding of the often-changing legislation.

Although sales to owner / occupiers have been steady, many investors are entering the market taking up strata ownership in commercial and industrial property with prices ranging from $500,000 to $4.5 million. Many companies are also divesting their property holdings on leaseback arrangements, and sales of $5 million plus are not uncommon for the team at Ray White Commercial North West.


David, who is responsible for the Sales and Leasing Division, has been involved with real estate for 13 years, managing complexes for First National and locally with Norwest Industrial. He has received Agency Awards from Grants Constructions for 'Highest Individual Lease' and 'Highest Total Annual Leases' in the Norwest Business Park and from Ray White Corporate as a Top 10 Sales consultant for Ray White Commercial. 

Richard, who manages the Strata Division, has been involved in the industry for the past seven years. Prior to that he held senior I.T. positions and consulted to the mining, steel and building industries for 22 years. Our office has recently won the Best Property/Strata Management award from a field of 48 Ray White Commercial offices.
